Refund Policy

Because each item in our store is made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept cancellations returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

 

If your item arrives faulty or damaged please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@mcmxcviii.store. You will be asked to provide photo proof of the issue so we can review and verify the problem. Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or returns at our discretion.

 

We reserve the right to refuse any claims submitted without clear photo evidence or those made outside of the state of time frame.
